For 30 years, Megan has assisted developers, company owners, project managers, construction teams, landscape architect and architectural firms with site reviews, planning and operational concepts, architectural design and floorplan reviews. She has assisted with operational planning and execution, written or provided policy and procedures, and also hired, trained and mentored all the staff in the initial opening and ramp up period. Megan has assisted buildings through construction and through their first survey to obtain their operational license.

Megan understands the resident’s perspective and how they use and move through the space, and is able to translate this into the design. She is able to review drafts easily and is able to work toward incorporating the vision of the ownership, the budgets, and the needs of memory care residents, creating successful environments.
